Delivery
- Inside Dhaka: 2–3 business days
- Outside Dhaka (nationwide): 4–7 business days
- Flat delivery fee: ৳60 nationwide
- Cash on Delivery (COD) available
Returns & Exchanges (Fashion Items)
- Returns/exchanges accepted within 3 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, with tags and original packaging intact
- Wrong size can be exchanged for the same item in a different size
Returns & Exchanges (Cosmetics Items)
- For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged
- If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement

A: 2–3 days inside Dhaka, 4–7 days outside Dhaka.

A: Yes, COD is available nationwide across Bangladesh.
